Samsung EVO vs. Crucial MX200

Looking at these 3 SSD's. Ignoring pricing between them as they are all about the same (500gb versions) which offers the better performance? I'm leaning towards the M.2 form as I could just hook it up to my MOBO without having to worry about cables ever again.

if you want to go the m.2 route make sure your motherboard supports full 3.0 x4 bandwith, and is compatible with the key of the drive you want to buy

Can you give me an example of an LGA 1150 motherboard that has the full 3.0 x4 specs? I am actually trying to upgrade my MOBO and haven't settled on one yet. If you have time it's for LGA 1150 (I7 4770k), needs at least 2 PCI-e cards for SLI x16 x8 or however that works and the M.2
