Samsung FX2490HD Vesa DPMS

Does anyone know how to make this DUMB monitor to standby using regular Vesa DPMS?

The product specifications say "dpms mode consumption: 0,03W/h", but it just not works. What a shame this monitor - Samsung never more.

Was a +20 years Samsung customer, but I'm done with this dumb product and Samsung dumb support.

Do ask-me if I will trust a Samsung mobile too...
