Samsung Galaxy s5 MINI or Samsung Galaxy S4? If I posted in the wrong section, I am sorry

Hey.. If this is a wrong question, please forgive me. And if you know where to post it, please inform me
I am going to buy a smartphone, it will be either SAMSUNG GALAXY S4 or SAMSUNG GALAXY S5 MINI. Which one is better or are they equally good and it is more of a personal choice? It would be great if I can get replies by someone who had one or even better, both of them. Note: I don't care about the display size.
Also, I found out that the price in my local shop for both smartphones (S4 and S5 MINI) is the SAME.

Definitely the S4. It has a more pixel-dense screen and a faster CPU.

You will, however, miss out on the S5 Mini's fingerprint scanner and it's waterproofing, so you will have to weigh the advantages of each phone.
