how can i track mobile number of may samsung galaxy y if i have a IP address

If the phone has been stolen, chances are the SIM has been replaced and any tracking you could carry out wouldn't work. The answer - if there is one - lies with your Service Provider. Ask them if they can track the phone but they may say they can but won't because in many ocuntries, the Police wouldn't act even if the phone can be traced.

They could track the phone if GPS was enabled.
