Samsung GS5 lag, freezes, random reconnects to wifi

Hi,

Im having issues with my galaxy s5, which im having for over a year now.

Whats the problem?:
- it freezes everywhere for about 2 seconds, in youtube videos etc.

- sometimes after booting up, it doesnt directly connect to my wifi, cuz the wifi tab isnt on??

- sometimes it randomly reconnects to wifi networks, even to networks which arent close to me xD

- downloads keep stuck at 70-90%

- and touchwiz is crashing, sometimes once a day, sometimes more

- its just acting weird the last few weeks..

What I tried;
- booting in safe mode
* it seems that in safe mode, none of these problem occur!!

- disconnected my sd card
* it seems its a lot faster, i dont know if all problems are gone, still have to try that again.

- cleared all cache
* same problems occur

- Tried a third party launcher (google now& nova)
