Samsung J3 or J5 smartphone???

I want to buy an inexpensive Samsung 5 inch smartphone, under 250 USD. Is the J3 or J5 a good cell phone? or recommendation?

Better get Huawei P8lite. Way better CPU+GPU and the really needed 2gb of ram. Also feels great and not plastic like the samsungs.
