What is this system rescue disk you are using? Are you talking about the recovery disks that came with the laptop? What exactly happens when you try to boot off them? Did you just turn it on with the disk in the system or did you also try manually going to the boot device options and selecting the disk? Try making a USB setup of Windows using another computer and boot off that. Did you try a new hard drive?

i cant use f8 because it doesnt have windows installed
I'm assuming you have windows 7 and not 10?
Use a windows 7 installation disk and once you are on the setup go to "Repair your computer" and use startup repair. After it finished see if you can boot back. If not, boot back into the install disk and select repair this computer and use cmd. Type the following commands in order.

  1. "bootrec /fix boot"
  2. "bootrec /rebuildbcd"
  3. "sfc /scannow"
If nothing works you will need to go back into the install disk and install windows.
