samsung laptop graphics card is not working

hello
I have a samsung 300e4a , with gt 520MX card, if i turn off my laptop and leave it for 4-5 hour
then turn the laptop on the graphics card work but the game run in 15-20 fps , after that if i restart my laptop immediately the graphics doesn't work it does not exist in the device manager. I try to update graphics card , install samsung graphics update , format the laptop. i did open my laptop and clean it from dust the motherboard look fine. and I don't know what caused the problem or how to fix it.

how do you know the dedicated one doesnt work? it might be used but the graphics card only not strong enough to run that game(possibly) can you tell me the full specs and the games you try to run? there might be a virus or malware or other things that makes your laptop running really bad. have you tried getting the nvidia driver via the nvidia website or geforce experience? that might much more helpful rather than getting the driver from samsung's website

because in my laptop i can choose the between intel 3000 or nvidia card from nvidia option , i try to run league of legend, it run it 20-25 fps in nvidia in low sitting, and it run in 60 fps in intel 3000 low setting. yes i did try to update from nvidia website but it did not work. how can i know if its a hardware problem ?

maybe if when you were running games, the game would crash or kinda messed up with texture, that might be a sign of hardware problem. can you access the nvidia control panel and see the selection of gpu that used to run games? if the problem still persist, my best suggestion is take the laptop to the service center(if you still have the warranty) or consult about this problem with repairing place
