Samsung LCDs are not always made by Samsung

How can you tell if your Samsung Monitor has a "S" (made by sam themselves) or an "A" panel (AOC?)

I have a 204BW....

I am afraid you cannot anymore mate... In any case, that monitor is quite good irrespective of the panel used.

I just bought it from Amazon...It was made in china...no indicator or hidden msg to find out what panel. I hope it's good.
