Question Samsung LED Monitor screen goes white after about an hour

Hi I have a Samsung C24F390 24-Inch Curved LED Monitor. A couple of weeks ago while on YouTube the screen just turned a grainy white. I thought it was still under the 12 months but after checking I had bought the monitor 13 months ago. It has been sat on a desk ever since until I noticed it also had a VGA port, so I tried a VGA cable and it turned on fine, picture was back. I tried the HDMI cable again and everything seemed fine. The monitor was on for about an hour when the screen went white again as it did before so it seems to be when it gets warm. Just wondered if this was a common issue or not and if anyone has any ideas of what it could be

Do you mean that the problem only happens with HDMI cable?
