Question Samsung ls32c390 monitor

Hi guys
I'm going to upgrade my display.
My current monitor is Philips 275m8 and my new monitor can be Samsung ls32c390
Now my question ❓is :
Is the latter monitor worth buying and considered an upgrade?
And help to find exact release date of this monitor.

15 month ago I saw c390 monitor in websites but now I see they say the release date is for 03/2023
So that,s impossible
Am I wrong? Was it another similar monitor?
I want to buy a Premium monitor not a regular and office one.
And new- manufacturing is important for me.

please post the complete model number of each monitor, couldn´t find the m8 model of your philips

I don´t think that this Samsung can be called "Premium", it´s an "essential" cheap monitor
it´s a standard FullHD 1080p VA panel, with 4ms, only 75Hz, and the brightness only 250 cd/m²
HDMI1.4 and DP1.2

Personally my priority is recency of products.
Having built-in speakers is another reason of my choice
And Samsung brand quality is the third one
