Question Samsung M2020 laser printer keeps telling me "no paper detected" ?

I've had this printer for about 7 years and works fine until recently it had a weird problem where it kept saying "no paper detected" even though there was paper. I tried restarting, uninstalling drivers, and eventually it worked.

Fast forward 2 months till now and my printer is having the same issue, I delete the drivers and reinstall except now it shows offline even though it's powered on. There is paper, and I know the computer can detect it because I can hear the computer registering the printer as I plug and unplug the USB cable. Up until it stopped working it printed great. Any idea to work trough this?

I had encountered that issue with a similar Samsung model and it was due to a tab on the paper tray.
The tab prevents the paper tray from sliding.
