Samsung M3 Secret Zone Drive Connection Problem

I have a Samsung M3 portable 1TB HDD that is running under the Secure Drive and Secret Zone programs that came configured on the drive.
It used to run OK, but now I can't get it unlocked. The Secret Zone program runs but gives this following logged message:
"Failed to connect the Secure Drive".
"Cannot open the Secure Drive device. This message appears when the Secret Zone service program is not running properly."
But the drive was ran properly except the secret zone.
I have tried many times to reconnect the secret zone but the error message appeared.
So how can i connect and get back all my data in the secret zone ?
anyone can solve this problem ?

finally i found the solutions to this problem.
here are the 2 solutions you can try out :
1. REINSTALL YOUR SAMSUNG DRIVE MANAGER SOFTWARE

• 
  Uninstall your Samsung Drive Manager software in your computer

• Reinstall back the Samsung Manager software into your computer

• Then you can open your SECRET ZONE with this software

** I found out that this software has some problem with the secret zone, you might be success to access your secret zone with method 1, but you will found out that you can't access your secret zone with this software on the next time. So, you have to repeat the method 1 again.

2. UNINSTALL YOUR SAMSUNG DRIVE MANAGER SOFTWARE

• 
  Just uninstall this software direct from your computer and don't reinstall this software into your computer

• Use Portable Secret Zone application in your Samsung Drive to access your SECRET ZONE

* When you want to eject your drive, please remember to close your Portable Secret Zone application in your notification area on taskbar.
