Question Samsung Magician 6 stuck at Scanning for drive information

Hello,

Samsung Magician is getting stuck at Scanning for drive information window.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but same issue occurs.

I have 3 Samsung drives that were working perfectly until now.
970 EVO Plus 1Tb M.2
850 EVO 1Tb SATA 6
830 128Gb SATA 3

Same thing for me. Brand new Samsung 970 EVO Plus endless spinning and Scanning for drive information but no resolution yet. Tried uninstalling and even tried fresh Windows 10 Pro install

Same thing is going on for me now. Just reinstalled Windows after a bit of frustration on my 970 EVO Plus, got the latest Windows updates, and I haven't been able to get past "Scanning for drive information."

Samsung support told me over the phone to update my MSI Meg Z390's BIOS, so I did, to no change.

Frustrating, but I have a ticket open with them, and hopefully will hear back soon.
