Question Samsung Magician Bug

So I was using op provision with an allocated 22gb of my 250gb samsung evo 870 and when i updated the software. i used the performance feature and enable the power saving mode and it resulted having 2 partion for "over provisioning" that consumes 1gb and 22 gb

My problems:
When i clear op, it only deletes the 1gv op but not the 22 gb op
I cant change the op size and its stuck

overpovisioning is just empty space at end of drive (no partition)
