Makes you spit doesn't it....anybody would think you don't own the printer!!!!
If all else fails you can go to
http://www.manuals4you.com/samsung.htm and buy
a service CD (make sure it's not the user manual), the 1200 is not listed but
the 1210 is, the web site owner is very responsive and you could ask if he has
the 1200 manual or whether the 1210 and 1200 are similar (I'll bet they are).
If you buy a CD he will make one manual from the CD available for download
while the CD is shipped to you. Can't guarantee that the service manual has
master reset information in it but they almost always do. Couldn't find ML-1200
on the Samsung web site, is yours a 1210???
