I connected my samsung monitor to my geforce gtx 960 via hdmi cable . At first it worked for around 2 days and on the 3rd day the monitor couldn't detect any signal from the graphics card. idk whats wrong with it, worried that its either the mobo or the card PLS HELP ME 🙁 everything is brand new. i have 2 friends with the same build and their pc are working fine. Here is my pc specs:

asus motherboard B85M-G
intel processor i5 4460
graphics card geforce gtx 960
8gb ram kingston
psu KCAS 600w (bronze)

That recently happened to me as well, cord died.. don't know how but it did, was gaming got late... went to bed, woke up turned it on and no signal, try a different cord 😀

it doesnt work as well, it only worked when i connect the vga cable to my mobo

Same scenario as you!! what cord do u mean? 😵

HDMI cord...I wasnt aware there was multiple cords connecting one monitor to the one desktop? lol or would the word cable have been more appropriate for you? 😛 though I believe cord to be the correct terminology 😀 but they are often used interchangeably 😉
