Samsung monitor turns on and off constantly only when playing games

I might add that it does this on Skyrim and AoE 2 HD but not on Counterstrike.

i dont think is has to do with gaming at all.a faulty cable or even a failing monitor! begin by switching cable or even input. if it persists most probably the monitor is failing.!
