Samsung Monitors

I am looking to buy a 27'' Samsung monitor for roughly $300.

I don't really understand what to look for in a monitor besides response time, dynamic ratio, led vs not led...

but essentially I'm wondering what anyone thinks of this monitor:

Honestly, they look about the same. I'm gonna guess that the last link is basically a newer model. Don't quote me on that though. Also, I wouldn't be afraid of comparing other brands to these as well, you may find something a lot nicer for a better price.
