Samsung mSATA Drive shows it's using SATA2

I have bought an Samsung mSATA 120GB drive and had it installed for about 4 months.
With the Samsung Magician software installed it always said everything was fine. Until today where even after restarts, unplugging/plugging and BIOS changes, it always says it's running on SATA2 Interface and I have no clue how to fix it. is it showing sata2 in windows? i believe mSATA might have SATA2 interface so it is recognised as SATA2 by system.

Windows says SATA2 but just before today, it was always running at SATA3 and the picture even shows SATA3 is available.
