Samsung N130 Notebook Charging Error

Need your help. I have a Samsung notebook N130, and, inexplicably, when I remove the power cord, the computer shuts down even though the battery shows 100% fully charged.
I took it to a local repair place and they replaced the battery....and the laptop still does the same thing, with the battery fully charged, when you unplug the power cord, the screen goes black.
Help is appreciated!!

Question from hurri90 : "Why is Samsung N130 Notebook not Charging?"

My Samsung N130 Notebook, shows plugged in 100% Charged, but the notebook shuts off immediately the AC adapter is unplugged. Also the charging light indicator is flickering between green and red.

I have bought a new battery and tried in the laptop, same problem.

N/B - Green is meant to indicate a fully charged battery

Red is meant to indicate an non full battery
