Question Samsung NP670 wont accept 500GB SSD

Hi, i have a Samsung NP670 that wont accept 500GB SSD, i formatt the computer but when its all done the windows 10 say welcome and after that freezes... Already experiment 2 brands, format by uefi, by csm etc... If i format with a 250GB SSD its all ok... Any idea? Already see samsung if there is firmware but cant find any. Thanks

What is full model number? There are so many variations on the np670.
