hello i plan to buy adapter and Samsung NVMe SSD 980 Pro and i use pcie x16 ver 2 is posible or buy new mobo the system i have is:
asus corshair v formula z with amd fx 8350
ram 32 g
nvdia rtx 2070 super
and 2 ssd samsung evo pro 256 as raid 0
but i need more read/write speed , now my speed is read 980 write 780

PCI-E 2.0 x16 = 8Gb/s, which comes down to 1GB/s. So it's reaching the maximum possible speeds on the 2.0 interface. If you want faster, you're going to need a new motherboard.
