Samsung printer error #02-000

I have a Samsung scx-4623f printer for about 7 months. I use it here and there, not daily. I went to use it the other day, and when I turned it on, it gave me an error #02-000, turn off and restart printer. So I did, and it does the same thing. Cannot get the error to go away, cannot get it to print. Uninstalled and reinstalled the driver, didn't work. I have googled this 6 ways from Sunday, and cannot find an answer to this problem. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

for the information of others:
After contacting samsung, it seems this error is caused by a bad fusor. The printer has to be taken to a repair shop to be fixed. The fusor itself costs 90 bucks. Since the printer is only 100 bucks, if it is not in warranty, buy a new one.
