Question Samsung QLED Q60a YouTube App Bugs

When using the YouTube App on my Samsung QLED Q60a Smart TV. I have noticed that it occasionally becomes blurry when watching streams and effects the visibility of text in the chat. The resolution doesn't appear to be changing when I go into the menu when this occurs. Also when switching from one video to another sometimes a previous frame from something I just watched is displayed before the video loads. Certain videos sometimes load in slow motion and eventually return to their normal speed. I have a Amazon Firestick and it doesn't suffer from these problems. Are these bugs with the YouTube app on Samsung QLED TV's or is this more likely an issue with my TV itself?

youtube app is up to date? mine is dated 14/09/2022 and got no issues with it
maybe try reseting app in youtube settings

Its up to date version 2.1.507 and it was updated on 8-8-22. I reinstalled and reset the app and its still having the same problems.
