Question Samsung Qled will not display 4k in 60HZ

I have a new Samsung 6f QLED and I am using an HDMI balun. I have X1 4k cable box. I am using 4k cables but I cant get the TV to display in the 4k 60hz setting only the 30hz setting.. This is disappointing because the picture is not as good. I have swapped out the Baluns as well as changing ports on the TV. No luck.. Stuck in the 30hz setting

A lot of TVs are limited to 30hz at 4k in some or all of the inputs, check the manual and with Samsung support.
