samsung r 530 laptop wont recognize ssd

I just bought a brand new ssd sandisk 120gb i have used it to several laptops for upgrade.
I tried to install it to a samsung r 530 but it wont work !
its not even recognized in bios!
Ahci mode is on everything is enabled!
I tried to clone the old disk to the ssd and in acronis true image i see normally the ssd wit name , storage etc.
Any ideas?

Is your BIOS up to date? Try to flash it, and update post

so after several efforts i finally managed to update bios from 03jd to 07jd.
Same results nothing happened!
Disk still not available :/

ok i dont even know what just happened !!
i set ahci to disabled and the driver is available!
omg wtf?? (sry)
