Question Samsung R530 not start

Hello, I have a Samsung R530 that not start. It show only power alimentation led, but not show another led or beeps. It could be the motherboard that is broken ?

Laptop age, condition?

Has/was the laptop dropped or bumped. Any software changes or known updates prior to the failure?

Have you tried booting into safe mode?

Could be motherboard, PSU, drive, or just a loose internal connection.....

More information needed. Likely that the laptop will need to be opened up.

Do you have a knowledgeable family member or friend who can help with that?

Thank you for the answer. The notebook have a Celeron, 2GB of DDR3 RAM, 320GB of HDD, and have about 10 years. It wasn't dropped or bumped, but I has changed from Windows 7 Home Premium to Ubuntu 17.10. How can I boot it into safe mode ? I have open the notebook and the connections aren't loose. Also I tried to fix it with my parent, but we didn't succeed.
