Well for a fact Samsung is the leading producer of rams and second overall in world wide semi-conductor manufacturer, just behind the biggest, Intel. What's that mean, well I'm sure they can make rams to start with. But I don't think that for overclocking. I can see it's a bare rams and doesn't have any heatsink so I'm thinking it's not overclocking friendly. Overclocking rams are tweak a bit faster and tighter therefore produces more heat than normal and are equiped with heatsinks.

True. More in the very flooded DDR market. If you want to know about those specific modules I would google and if youre lucky youll find something about them.
