Hi everyone,
This is my first post here, and apologies in advance for the first post being a problem. I also looked around for solutions to my problem but I wasn't able to find any answers that I haven't tried yet. So here I am with a new thread.
So here I was cleaning my desktop. I've done this a lot of times before so I know which plugs into which. Everything worked fine until I tried to turn on the computer this morning (I slept after I cleaned the computer and connected everything back together). I've been getting the "check signal cable" and the "digital" message keeps hovering all over my screen. Prior to this, whenever I'm encountered this message, I would usually press on the second button from the right of the power, and when it gets to "analog," I would get a display. This time however, I'm still not getting any.
I took out my laptop and tested the connection, and I got a display on it. Also, why pressing around the buttons at the bottom (I became desperate), I got a "test good" message.
I was hoping if anyone could help. I didn't open the CPU case or anything, and I tried typing in my password to get on, and I was getting on as I heard the sound Windows makes whenever you sign in.
TIA!
