Samsung Smart 4K cannot connect to WiFi

I have a Samsung Smart 4K tv and for some reason it does not connect to my wifi. It used to, but not anymore.
When I try to set up the Network Settings it says it CAN connec to the network but not to the internet but I don't know what that means exactly.
I've tried setting the network manually but same thing happens.
At my house we can all connect our devices to the wifi (which is not a router, it's the actual modem from our provider) so I cannot for the life of me understand what is happening.

I said it connects to the Network but not to the Internet. Yeah, I don't know the difference either but that's what the tv says. And yeah the password is correct.
The model is UN48JU6700GXZD

Is your TV close enough to your router to attempt a wired connection for a first step?

And, does the TV display your wireless network on its screen?

you can also try wifi hotspot from your phone to see if your wifi from phone will connect to internet
