Samsung Smart TV doesn't remember network on restart

Hello. I have a Samsung Smart TV which I have connected to my local WLAN (I have a wireless router 5 feet near the TV). Everything is ok when connecting, instant find & connect to the network but if I power off the TV then back on, he forgets the network and I have to find & connect (and enter password, most annoying) to the network ALL OVER AGAIN.

I tried updating Smart Hub to the latest version, also updated the firmware of the TV (from 002004 to 002005), nothing seems to help.

And no, this is not a router/ISP issue. I've been struggling with this issue for months, during which I tried 3 different locations and ISPs, same situation everywhere.

If I go to Settings / Network / Network Status I can see my network there, saying "network disconnected". It tries to connect to it but fails. If I manually find the network again, it works ok.

Any ideas please?

You need to save settings

Then you need to contact Samsung. And maybe take your TV in for a service.
