Samsung smart TV not connecting to internet

had a samsung smart tv for over year now and previously never had any problems with connecting to the internet however it is now saying it cannot connect to internet, please contact internet provider to access internet. It connects to the wireless network but not to the internet. I have no idea why this has happened, internet is working fine on other devices. any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am having the exact same problem since yesterday. I have updated firmware rest to factory settings and rebooted my internet. My other Samsung smart tv is working fine. The only difference between the 2 i
Tv's apart from size is the one im having trouble with uses a LAN adapter to connect to the network where as my second tv has it built in. I have read some other forums that suggest it may be a problem with Samsung's servers.
