Hi not sure if in the right thread - I've got my old Samsung hdd whirring away nicely in a sisun docker but my laptop cant see it despite having reading a 2012 Hitachi hdd. Can anyone help please

no. The dock shoes up but when I click on it it says folder is empty. Whereas with the other hdd it opened up as a folder.

When you first power it up, you should hear it spin up and then some clicking noises, do you hear the clicking?
