So I switched to my new SSD and transferred my OS over with the Samsung tool and used the Samsung magician tool and I'm getting lower scores that I should be, I'm running on a relatively new install and have over half my SSD free. My OS is also optimized from magician. Magician also says that I have my SSD plugged into a 6Gb/s SATA 3 port, and AHCI mode is on. Since switching my files to the SSD I've noticed a LOT slower everything, especially pressing play on youtube videos, and things like that.

Random Read: 65622, new test: 39223
Random Write: 53002, new test: 47996

Sequential are good.

Edit: I also formatted my HDD, if that matters.

Welcome to Tom's Hardware, @messik!

I'd recommend backing up any important files from the SSD somewhere else first. This way you would avoid potential data loss. Afterwards, check how the SSD's transfer rate speed would be after you change the SATA cable and the SATA III (6 Gb/s) port on your motherboard. Maybe there's something corrupted in the connection to the drive and that's why the performance has dropped.
Give it a try and let me know how it goes.

Good luck!
