3dmax (3DSMax?) - version and addons unknown
"photosoft" - you mean photoshop?

All of those can be quite large. Doubtful you'll get all of them installed on that drive + Win 7.
A 128GB drive really only has ~85GB usable space.
Win 7 by itself, with the current updates, will consume maybe 45GB.

But if you have the budget for those large expensive applications, you also have the budget for a larger SSD.
