samsung syncmaster 2343nw 2048x1152 resolution wont work

Hi, I was trying to find the solution by searching through google but nothing helped. The problem I have is that my samsung syncmaster 2343nw monitor at resolution 2048x1152 wont work. When I turn it on 2048x1152 it starts to show

Actually it shows it whenever I try to raise the resolution more then 1680x1050 <- this resolution works fine. Its crazy It seems like it worked before although I dont really remember maybe it did not.

Need ur help guys I think the optimal resolution 2048x1152 can give much crisp result. So what could be the issue?

Could also be the graphics card can't push that. What make and model of PC, or what components if home-built, do you have?

Is that a new display to you, or old and used to work at those settings?
