A friend of mine at work is offering me his used samsung monitor for $50. He said he really doesn't want to part with it, but he needs the money. I really need an LCD monitor for my system since I have an old Sony 19 inch CRT; my old monitor gets really hot and heats up my bedroom! It's still in great shape, but it gets too hot! Is this a good deal? Am i getting a great monitor and for the price? I'm primarily wanting to use it for both internet browsing and for watching DVD's. Any opinions are appreciated
