Samsung T1 keeps ejecting

I recently got a Samsung T1 1TB SSD, and it seems to be working fine, but after a while (possibly after putting the computer to sleep) it ejects, and it will not re-mount until the computer is restarted. What could be causing this? To give a bit more info and if it helps, I am using it with BitTorrent Sync to connect with collaborators on a project. I'm on Windows 8.1.

does it do it ONLY when you put the computer to sleep? In my experience sleep mode causes all sorts of random/hard to fix problems. unless you leave it on or shut it down

Change your advanced power settings options to not turn off the hard disk

Thanks for the responses guys. This is strange. It seems that it only ejected when plugged into the back USB3. I plugged it into the front USB3 on the case and I haven't had the problem since.
