Question Samsung T7 speed test

Hi, I have just done a speed test on a Samsung T7 drive linked to a new MBP M1 Max using the included usb-c cable.
Theoretically it should have a peak of 1000MB Read/Write, but I only got around 700MB according to Blackmagic disk speed tool.
Is this normal?

Try a pass of crystal disk mark.
See what it shows.
