Have a local one on Craigslist for $120, and just wanted to know if anyone here had any opinions or potential drawbacks to consider.

The price is attractive. Since it is local, ask for a demo. That will tell you a lot more than verbal or other descriptions on Craigslist. During the demo, checkout all features per the specs.
