Samsung TV 4K w/ GTX 980ti

I would like to achieve the resolution of 3840x2160 at 60hz with my GTX 980ti from the displayport to output to my Samsung 55" UHD TV for content, not gaming. Is there any possible way of doing this or am I stuck at 30hz?

And would the items listed below at least achieve UHD at 30hz?

can your screen cope with 60Hz? not the backlight refresh rate but the actual screen refresh rate?

Manual doesn't say anything, suggest you drop them a note and ask if it supports 2160p 60Hz. or 4K at 60hz. It'll save you getting cable that doesn't solve the situation. HDMI 2.0 technically can support it. Assuming that their connections are 2.0 as well
