Samsung TV can’t access network settings

Samsung TV won’t connect to router via wired or wireless connection. It worked previously. Network settings displays all zero for IP, MAC, DNS addresses. Can’t find any SSID’s, message says no network cable connected when a working network cable is connected. I’ve reset the TV (MU6290) several times. Rebooted router. The settings menu won’t let me manually edit network settings. When I open Network Settings, it gives me a wired or wireless choice and nothing else. I reset network settings to no avail. Unplugged TV and plugged back in. Nothing works. Resetting factory settings does not let me edit network settings. Installed latest firmware with USB stick. It installed fine but no change. Any ideas? Thanks

Leave it unplugged overnight. Hope for the best.
