Question Samsung TV screen rotates 180 repeatedly

My Samsung tv screen rotates 180. Then I found a solution from the link below.

But the real problem is it keeps doing that every around 3 weeks. There is another issue, I think, related. When I plug the tv in, it instantly turns on instead of going in Standby mode. I am certain that I push the 'power button' on the remote to get the TV to go in standby mode before plugging it out. Most of the time whenever the tv directly turns on when plugged, the screen rotates 180.

Seems to me that the innards of the TV might be compromised or that one or more buttons are depressed on the TV's remote, unbeknownst to you, much like how the keys on a faulty keyboard start spamming the wrong keys to the system. Model for your Samsung SMART TV?
