Question Samsung TV

Not sure what the issue is. TV is about 2-3 years old and this happened as you can see in the picture. If it's something simple maybe I can fix but not sure if it's the board or not. Samsung of course wants to charge me an arm and a leg

If it's a board....I have seen them online for like $50

Anyone have an idea?
