Samsung UE32D5000 not shoeing internet content

Hi evrryone! I have connected my lan cable from my router to my tv, and confirmed in the settings that the internrt connection is successful. Howevrr, how do I now 'see' anything via the internet as all sources state there is an issue... any help would be appreciated!

Hi! Samsung UE32D5000 TV. BT infinity broadband router and lan cable. Tried connecting Samsung Galaxy tab 3 to TV as well using HDMI cable from youview box and slim port adapter. TV didn't find the connected tablet via any HDMI port. Thanks Emily
