[SOLVED] Samsung UN55MU6300 Static/Screen Flicker

Roommate has this 55" samsung tv that has a weird kind of static on it, which includes lines sometimes but not constantly. Also every few minutes, seemingly at random, it will completely lose video and audio for a couple seconds then come back on. Here's a video example where you can see the static throughout, and the video/audio cutting out near the end.

I'd appreciate any help, what the issue might be, if it can be fixed, or anything like that.

could be grounding issue
try unplugin from TV anything (cable/sat settobox, pc etc) and try TV alone
