samsung v-nand ssd 850 500gb

need help
hhave a a 500gb Samsung v-nand ssd 850 drive but when I installed it, its only showing 197gbs is there something to tweak it, so is it marked wrong to a 250gb drive

Also, a 250gb drive has 232gb of space once formatted. 197 gb is close once its got Win 10 installed though.

its showing 197gb but its a 500gb drive

What does it look like in Disc management?

If its only that size yet the box showed bigger, I would contact Samsung as thats just odd.

disc management said healthy 197.80gb

that is what im going to do got it at newegg had trouble with samsung products before
