Samsung vs LG 1080p Monitor

As the title said, what is the best between those 2 monitors for 1080p gaming:

LG 22M38H 21.5 Inch LED LCD Monitor

VS

Samsung S22F350FHM 22 Inch LED LCD Monitor

If you have an AMD card I'd pick the LG with FreeSync.
I don't know which of them has the better picture though, maybe Bing for some reviews?

Actually i'm building up a new gaming pc currently, the expected card is GTX 1060 6GB for my build.

Both monitors are more or less the same with TN panels.
I would personally prefer SAMSUNG over LG but in this case LG seems to support 75Hz whereas SAMSUNG supports up to 60Hz, so LG is better out of those two for gaming.
