San Francisco Bay Area Custom PC Build?

I want a custom PC build somewhere in the SF Bay area/Silicon Valley. Can anyone recommend a shop/service with fairly deep expertise? Specifically, I want a Windows & Linux box with 3D graphics (not gaming), many cores, much memory, etc., with as small a case as is reasonable. I want to be able to help choose the components.

I am looking for the exact same thing here in the Bay Area. I have the case and most of components but I just don't have the time to build the rig myself.
